Wear and Corrosion Protection

Repairing is often cheaper than replacing.
Worn components are a nuisance. New ones are frequently expensive and come with long lead times. But a new purchase is not always necessary: repairing a component and then coating it can save money.
There is a further benefit — coating can increase the delivery rate and efficiency of pumps by up to twelve per cent.
Protective Coatings
We apply coatings that protect components against corrosion and abrasive wear — matched to the medium and the operating conditions.
Hardfacing and Plating
Worn surfaces are built back up and machined to size. The component keeps its geometry and gains a harder surface than it had when new.
Arc Spraying
Arc spraying allows us to apply metallic layers to large surfaces — for wear protection and for corrosion protection alike.
